Una visione di un dettaglio ravvicinatissimo del petalo di un fiore che tuttavia, nel taglio e nella resa tattile delle superfici lisce oppure morbide e rugose, tocca i margini sensoriali dello scultoreo barocco, tanto da apparire come un particolare anatomico del tutto umano nella sua naturalezza: un’apparizione effimera e decentrata, sul punto di uscire dal campo visivo, della curva di una schiena femminile in parte coperta dai capelli lisci rossi e presa in un frammento di gesto di cui è visibile solo la piega del gomito; come una nuova rinascenza del mito delle metamorfosi.

A vision of a very close-up detail of the petal of a flower that nevertheless, in the cut and the tactile rendering of the smooth or soft and wrinkled surfaces, touches on the sensorial margins of baroque sculpture, therefore looking like an anatomic detail, totally human in its naturalness: an ephemeral and decentralized apparition, about to leave the visual field, of the curve of a female back partly covered by red straight hair and taken in the fragment of a gesture of which only the bend of an elbow is visible, like the rebirth of the myth of metamorphosis.
