La vía de Buda no se estudia en los otros o en el exterior, fuera de uno mismo, sino a través del propio cuerpo-espíritu.
El Zen no es un razonamiento, ni una teoría, ni una idea. No es un conocimiento que se perciba por el cerebro, es únicamente una práctica. Esta práctica es zazen. Meditación, sentarse del modo justo. Es la recreación de sí mismo, la comprensión del verdadero yo, esto no es ni la austeridad ni la mortificación, es el verdadero acceso a la paz y a la libertad. La verdadera revolución está orientada hacia el interior. Es aquella de nuestro espíritu engendrada por la práctica del Zen, profunda filosofía de la cual o podemos alcanzar la esencia tan sólo por el pensamiento lógico.

Zen is neither reasoning, nor theory, nor an idea. It is not a knowing perceived by the brain, it is just a practice. This practice is zazen. Meditation, to sit down in the right way. It is the re-creation of oneself, the comprehension of one’s real self, it is neither austerity nor mortification, it is the true access to peace and freedom. Real evolution is orientated towards the inside. It is of our spirit generated by the practice of Zen, deep philosophy of which we cannot reach the essence only by logical thinking
